Ms. Era, Director
“Hello, my name is Mrs. Era, I have been with this excellent company for over 20 years. I believe in learning, growing, and the development of our children because after all, they are our future!
“I have earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, with emphasis of Early Childhood Endorsement. I strive to bring out a child’s inner-self through education curriculum, social interactions, patience, and best of all, LOVE. Each and every child that walks through these doors, holds a special place in my heart which creates life-long bonds…even when coming of age, to work for our facility. Please also note: incorporated into our education curriculum is our specialty teachings of Hindi and Spanish, as well as meditation and stress relief through yoga, stretching exercises, dancing, and music.
“Throughout the year, we offer British soccer lessons (Tiny Tots Challengers), Lil Angels portraits, Speech therapies (via Shawnee Mission School District), and various theme weeks (International week, Community Development week, Camping Week, Fairy Tales Week, etc.).During the school year, we pick-up and drop-off at these schools: Apache and Pawnee. We create a “home away from home” environment with our long-time staff who are also moms with Early Childhood Education and compliance of continuing education requirements. I welcome you to the Kiddi Kollege family, your fun journey starts here!”
Ms. Nikki, Assistant Director
“I have been with the Kiddi Kollege family since 1991. I started through an on the job training program through high school. I also went to Vocational school and earned a certificate in Early Childhood Education.
“My favorite part about working with children is watching their excitement when they learn new things. I love how their eyes light up and that smile spreads across their face when they recognize their own accomplishments. It’s humbling knowing I had a small part in putting that light in their eyes and that smile on their face. I also love just talking and playing with them. Some of the best stories I have ever heard came from the imagination of a child.”
